How we work together

Consultancy, technology and delivery, one team

Conceptable leads the change. its.fashion, our technology division, delivers the systems that make it stick. Progressed, the platform we are investing in, keeps every team on the same plan. You work with one set of people throughout, and each speciality picks up where the other leaves off.

Who we work with

Businesses you may recognise yourself in

Over 100 brands, most of them growing faster than the way they worked could support. The four below are typical. If one of them sounds like you, the work we did for them is a fair guide to what we could do for you.

Hunza G store
PLM implementation
Hunza G

A swimwear brand growing fast, with product information spread across people and spreadsheets. One system for product data, so the range and the team could keep growing.

ME+EM store
Operational impact
ME+EM

An established womenswear brand whose processes needed to keep pace with its growth. Ways of working reviewed and reworked so the business could keep moving.

TOAST store
PLM enhancement
TOAST

A clothing and homeware brand with PLM already in place and new demands on it. The live system extended so it keeps doing the job as the business changes.

Belstaff store
Change coordination
Belstaff

A heritage outerwear brand changing how several teams, suppliers and systems work together. The change coordinated across all of them, with one plan everyone could see.

Also Margaret Howell, OKA, Curvy Kate, Fashion UK, DCK Group and many more. If your business is somewhere between a growing brand and an established group, you are in the range we know best. See how an engagement runs.

How it fits together

Each speciality picks up where the other leaves off

Most change in a product business needs three things at once: someone to lead it, the technology to carry it, and a plan everyone can see. Conceptable keeps all three under one roof, so you never have to brief a second supplier or referee between them.

Conceptable

Leads the change

The consultancy. Change management, strategic and operational, for fashion, sports and lifestyle product businesses, from concept to Digital Product Passport, together with the delivery partners who work alongside us and the advisers who refer clients to us. Conceptable Ltd is also the company on your quotes and invoices.

For you: one accountable party from the first conversation to the last.

its.fashion

Delivers the technology

The technology division of Conceptable. Where the change needs systems, its.fashion carries out the technology assessment, then selects, implements and automates. The people who scoped the change are the people who see it through.

For you: systems that fit the process you have just agreed, not a separate project with its own agenda.

Progressed

Keeps everyone on one plan

The delivery platform we are investing in, used on our own client projects first. Your team, ours and your suppliers work from the same critical path, with files kept where the work is.

For you: you always know where things stand, and nothing changes silently underneath you.

In practice. A typical engagement starts with Conceptable scoping the change with you. Where systems are involved, its.fashion assesses what you have and what you need, and implements what is agreed. The whole plan runs in Progressed, so you, your suppliers and we see the same dates. The handovers between the three happen inside our team, not on your desk.

its.fashion its.fashion The technology division of Conceptable

The technology side of every engagement, delivered by people who understand your side of it

Whenever a Conceptable engagement needs technology, its.fashion delivers it. It starts with a technology assessment of what you have and what you need, then helps you choose the right systems, implement them properly and support your people through the change. Wherever possible, the people who scoped the change carry it through.

Assessing and getting you set up

A technology assessment first, then choosing and implementing the core systems, PLM, ERP, wholesale or all three, and connecting them, so your product information is created once and works for everyone who touches it, wherever they sit.

Making it work harder for you

Automations and custom features that take repetitive work off your team, built around how your business actually runs.

Seeing your full picture

Connected systems that track your products from design to delivery, with the data quality that regulation such as EPR and Digital Product Passports now demands.

Progressed Progressed Incubation What we are investing in

Delivery plans that never change silently

Progressed is the newest thing we are investing in: a delivery platform in advanced beta, used on our own client projects and not yet sold widely. It came out of running implementation projects alongside clients and not finding a tool that planned them properly or kept everyone in one place. It schedules in working days, shows the critical path, and gives every team involved (yours, ours and any third party) one shared space to work together and see where things stand.

Status
Incubation: advanced beta, in live use on our own client projects
Built for
Teams that deliver projects for clients, with dates and money attached
Starts from
Reusable delivery templates, so a new engagement begins with the right tasks and dates
Connects through
An open API

A real critical-path engine

Earliest and latest dates, total slack and the critical path across every dependency, calculated in working days.

Preview before anything moves

See exactly which downstream tasks shift before you commit a change. Your plan never changes silently underneath your team.

Every team involved, in one place

Your team, ours and any third party work from the same plan, with the same view of what is due, what has moved and who is waiting on whom. Deep collaboration, not status reports.

Files where the work is

Built-in, organised file sharing attached to the tasks they belong to, so the latest version is always where the team is looking and nothing lives in an inbox.

Tested on our own projects before it reaches you. Progressed already runs on live client projects at Conceptable, where it supports collaboration on significant change management programmes. What we learn there goes straight back into the product, so what you use has been proven on real work with real deadlines. We would rather show finished, checkable results than early claims, so case studies will follow once those projects complete.

If you see yourself in one of these

Tell us what you are working on and where your business has outgrown the way it works. We will tell you which parts of Conceptable you would need, and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.
