Stockbase opens new UK and Ireland division in collaboration with Conceptable
The Stockbase system allows both brands and retailers to sell more.
Since the establishment of the Dutch company ‘Stockbase’ in 2014 the number of brands, suppliers and retailers that have connected to the company’s services has grown exponentially. Because of the changing consumer mindset and behaviour, shifting from offline to online purchasing, the need for a joint up ecommerce strategy between brands and retailers was created.
The Stockbase answer to this need is to connect brands, suppliers and retailers with one simple connector which makes free stock and the associated images at the supplier side available to the retailer’s ecommerce store or instore terminals. The connected retailers use Stockbase to obtain this from multiple connected brands. The brands use it to connect to multiple retailers.
Because of the increased visibility of available products, a resulting more intelligent collaboration within the sector means that the number of missed sales opportunities are rapidly diminished, and sales opportunities are increased. Consumers benefit because the number of times they can not find an available size or colour on a retailer’s website will reduce, making for a less frustrating shopping experience whilst increasing both revenue and profit for the retailer and associated brands.
Expanding to the UK and Ireland
Stockbase has recently agreed a collaboration with the established British consultancy Conceptable. This group of consultancy professionals has a focus on the fashion industry and regularly aid brands and retailers with the implementation of innovative business strategies.
The collaboration will result in Conceptable coordinating and guiding those clients and interested businesses in the UK and Irish market as they evaluate and implement Stockbase. In addition, Dutch brands which are already active in the UK or Ireland can now work with Conceptable to expand and improve their sales options in these markets.
