Ben is a Fashion Business Consultant and Mentor with over 25 years of experience across a variety of fashion industry related roles and sectors. He has worked with companies at many levels on topics related to brand direction, product or sourcing strategies and processes, commercial direction, business structure as well as technology applications. Due to his varied list of current and past consultancy and mentoring clients Ben has worked at board level on global projects as well as given crucial support to start-ups through our own and government related services. He is passionate about streamlining and doing things right, which indirectly ties in with his interests in sustainability, closed loop product lifecycle management and process creation. Outside of his consultancy work Ben is still an entrepreneur himself and he has a variety of current business interests, allowing him to reflect on issues clients are facing from experience.

Marium Zain brings with her over 10 years experience in trend forecasting, product research & development, sourcing, and production management. With her expertise in critical path management, range building and extensive knowledge in buying processes and assessing the competition, she has successfully developed commercial ranges for luxury brands as well as high street retailers worldwide. Because of her background as a textile engineer she has extensive knowledge in weaving, printing and finishing technologies, especially denim.

Fiona Bell has experience in developing, sourcing and negotiating designated ranges within mens-, ladies and children swear, working for brands such as TopMan, River Island, Richard Shops and Laura Ashley. Due to her diverse experience she has gained an understanding for different markets and, with a natural affinity for design and creative ideas, applying these within brand identities. She has also got a clear understanding of target markets and product positioning. With her own brand, ‘Their Nibs’ (est. 2003), Fiona has made international success and won several prices. In 2010 she published her first book.

She is an expert in end to end process management, critical path management, product development, technical and bulk production from fabrics and trims through to fit and construction from development to delivery across both UK and International markets and has got strong management skills of supplier bases and its needs.

Bryan Oknyansky is an international award-winning product architect and innovation consultant. He is known for inventing pioneering products that have taken him around the world as a lecturer and speaker. With 15 years of experience in the architecture, product and footwear design and manufacturing industries, Bryan specializes in using the latest robotic manufacturing technologies like 3D printing to reinvent the world around us one product at a time. Alongside running his design practice, Bryan consults to multiple design industries on innovation and product evolution, directs an independent CAD training program and is a Visiting Lecturer at design schools across England.
